What a useless ISP. In a small district in the Eastern Cape there were 3 independent ISPs who each operated and functioned 100%. Then Herotel comes along and buys the smaller guys out to put them under their banner. And since then, all these ISPs have gone to s*&t. You call Herotel to arrange for installation, then they send technicians from an ISP who have no access or allowance to connect you to the closest tower because it belongs to the other ISP (Who is also under the Herotel banner!!!!) Get your **** together people!
