Worst Service Ever!

Company with the worst service ever. I logged a call on 02/02/2024 and till date 13/02/2024 I have received no help from Herotel. We have already spend over R2000 in data just to keep our business operational. I am definitely getting myself another service provider and cancelling all my accounts with them.
