Worst internet ISP ever - sonic/herotel.

I, unfortunately took out a internet contract with sonic/herotel. The installers told me that a dish and cables were already installed in the house I occupied. About a year later, after months of unbelievably bad service and dozens of support calls and emails. I finally decided to cancel with sonic/herotel. For their failure, sonic/herotel not only had me give and pay a full month's notice, they also charged me a R2 000 cancellation fee. On top of that they insisted that I stay out of work for them to remove the equipment that was at my house when I moved in. This was apparently installed by the previous tenant. I was also told that I would be charged for this equipment if it was not removed and that their tech guys only worked week days. This means that sonic/herotel expected me to stay out of work for them to remove equipment they did not install for me in the first place. They also told me that I was invoiced for the equipment and threatened to hand me over.
