WASTE OF TIME, BAD SERVICE AND UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS

Poor service - app**** in Feb2022 for fibre that is being advertised infront of my gate. Constantly contacting them for info regarding the installation - all I got was that the job card was open. After weeks of calling they inform me I that fibre is not available for my address and that I can settle for overcharged slower wifi. WILL GLADLY SHARE MY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ANYONE WHO TELLS ME THAT THEY ARE CONSIDERING HEROTEL
