Very unhappy and unsatisfied client

Herotel has the worst service I have ever received no Internet when you WhatsApp their line no help and the call centre still no help ….have not had internet service since 30th October 2024 to date no assistance I have bought two weekly vouchers which are expiring with us not using the service because no network no call back and no help
