Very fast yo take money. Not so fast in service delivery

Very dissatisfying service recieved the last two years. Acc ELE001 have paid account and sent proof of umidiate bank transfer but they suspend forces me to buy n router but 2 year old connection problem still ongoing. I've lost my trust in herotell brand completely.
