Very bad service. Not recommend.

I have never seen such bad service. Not even from the city council. You phone them several times. They don't pickup. They have a callback service. They never call you back. I upgraded my service, There was an amount of R160 outstanding. They said it would be deducted from my debit order. All of a sudden my internet is off without warning or any calls from them. I had to TRY !!!and phone them to hear what is going on .The internet is NOT constant on fiber. You call them they JUST DONT CARE. I don't know how I could have stayed with them for 4 years . (Sorry my mistake!!!) Will Cancel today.
