Very bad service

Pathetic service. Wifi has been off the whole day! They send messages saying ETR 12h00 today...not on, they send again that service will be restored 14h00 then 16h00. It's 19h00 already and still nothing. No message same as the last time. The situation keep repeating itself and the client must wonder when service will be restored. I will change to a better service provider as soon as my 12months expire!! And on top of that, while the service is disconnected today, I get an email to inform me that my next payment is due soon...🤔
