Useless idiots

Herotel is the most useless ISP I have ever had. Service is offline 80% of the time. If you phone to complain, you wait in a cue of other angry users for hour or more. When they do answer the call, they say a technician will call you soon. This idiot technician tries to call you back at 9pm or 10pm when we sleeping cause we cant watch Netflix or anything as a result of the been offline. My previous ISP was 1000% better even it has a slower line to my house. Now im stuck in a 12 month contract with these Herotel rejects. Dont move from you current ISP. Herotel can not keep their promisses. Useless bunch of idiots.
