Unreliable connection with bad customer service

What a bad customer service! Call out fees are due effective immedicably or else they will cut out your services within 3 days despite the fact that your package is fully paid. They did not respond to technical queries several times where I was struggling with bad connection and I had to make an alternative, poor connectivity which is not unreliable. Total incompetence!
