Unhappy with TrueComm Herotel in Mafikeng

I have reported an issue with my business phone and internet since last year (VoIP issue reference ***) and Herotel promised to send a technician. I am still waiting and struggling with my business line. I have made numerous calls, written emails to no avail. And yet Herotel continues to collect their monthly payments. I even reduced my package beginning of this year because I cannot continue to pay without receiving service. Unfortunately I cannot even change service providers at this point and I lose business because of a malfunctioning internet.
