Unhappy customer

I want to thank Herotel for the assistance yesterday but complain about Yolandi Gouws bad Customers relations. At +_ 14h00 i went to your offices in Ian streets in Klerksdorp. I complaint about the whole one side of Swart street been offline since the previous night. Ann Meyer off 24 Swart street also phone and email your offices as well as Elma Enslin as well as Nadia Opperman. The help desk operator went up and down to Yolandi"s office and said they will phone me within minutes that they going to come out as 16h00 is loadshedding( i have recorded the whole conversation and is available) iAt about 16h30 nobody phoned me and i phoned again an eventually talked to Yolandi which had a attitude with me and after i threatened that i will pursue social media she made a plan My problem is if they attended to the first call outs of Mrs Meyer an Mrs Opperman the would have discovered that one of your splitter been vandalished. and you guys can go into history that Herotell been on social media at least once a week. and it is always Yolandi department. I went there this morning to speak to Raymond the brach manager and Yolandi and higher authority. From the word go Yolandi had a attitude with me and that lead to a screaming match because i feel if the problem was attended to earlier this wouldn't happened. I have security cameras running on internet and been monitored by security firms because of previous insidents thst transpired and because of Yolandi negligence my property was unguarded. I also feel that somebody at the Klerksdorp branch is protecting Yolandi because and i emphasise that there is weekly complaint about Herotel on social media on the page Hello Pietie Klerksdorp and it is always her department i would also make a suggestion that the splitter been mowed to a safer location because at 4 Swart street where the problem transpired it is ******* occupant on that property. I am willing to let my camera guard the pole at Swart str 8 which is monitored by a security firm.

I will like if this email can be forwarded to the highest authority in Herotel as i am on the brink to post every voice recording on social media but want to resolve the issue and see if it can be resolved before i take this route. I have all the voice recordings and e mails from Mrs Meyer and myself
