I only gave one star as I can't give ZERO, I have been struggling for three month to get my Internet sorted which keeps on disconnecting. Everytime some "help" they change setting from their side and instruct me to reboot my system. Like all the numerous times I have done that the problem goes on. It is sad to see that a big company like Herotel has little to no customer support.
