Totally disregards interest from potential customers for fibre

They are the only fibre provider in my town and have been for almost 2 years and they still won't expand to two neighboring townships that are 800 metres and 500m away from where you'd be able to get fibre in the town. Just for being 500m outside their coverage map you have to pay R499 for 4mbs intead of getting 50mbs. I've and many others enquired over those 2 years about a possibility of expanding to our townships, especially small businesses,library and 8 schools . This is more surprising when you consider that they are part-owned Vumatel,who's main goal is to create access to affordable internet to "low to medium income" households. I was considering getting the wireless package for R699 6mbs to replace my current ISP rain 4G which gets 3mbs at best and 500kbs most of the day, in the hopes that their product would guarantee that 6mbs and I would be able to do a lot more but having read the reviews here I'm glad i didn't proceed with the installation. Their sign-up to installation process is soo strenuous.
