The most useless company in South Africa

The worst service known to man, WiFi has been off for 4 days straight in Potchefstroom. Non of the customers service personnel, if you can even call them that, are at all helpful. Non of them can tell you what’s wrong, and they keep lying to you about ETA times given. There is no way any of their technicians are even slightly competent when it comes to cables, because who takes 4 days to do the 1 job you’re supposed to be good at? That’s like a doctor taking 4 days to stitch up a wound. The only word that comes to mind is USELESS, because that is what this company is and always will be.
