Stay away

Quick to assist with new sales but the service is absolutely terrible. Struggle for months to get a technician to fix their original installation. Have to pay for a router because the one they provided does not work. Does not take responsibility for their actions and poor service. Deducts double payments as a correction for a mistake they made and terminate your service if you do not comply(they actually did that). I've had countless interactions with them over the past year and a half. Honestly the service was great up an until installation. Everything else is terrible, condescending and unwilling to help. When you call a company and their first option is for sales you should know that is their only priority.
