Shoddy service by Herotel due to *********** employees!!!

This must be, has to be the worst ISP in the country!!!!!! I have been 5 days without internet now and no one gives a rats ass about this. Disgusting *********** service by a bunch of laymen running this national company!! Paying for a service with no service??? Completely unacceptable!!!! I will require a refund for the days of no service!!!
