Shockingly bad service

I would give them 0 stars if i could. This is by far one of the WORST companies i have ever worked with. You can never get hold of them on the phone. Because of their bad service i have tried to cancel my internet subscription with them from last year August. After sending them email upon email, they just ignore my emails and still send me invoices every month. I of course do not pay them but their incompetence is highly frustrating. YOU WILL MAKE A MASSIVE MISTAKE IF U EVER TRY USE THEM AS YR INTERNET PROVIDER.
