Run away from Herotel ! RUN !!!!!

Unfortunately there are no negative stars or they'd get -5 It's been a week since we called in.. we spoke to Sizwe who knows nothing and can help with nothing .. promising to he would log a call and "let us know " .. we'll here now we know .. they will debit you quickly but you will have no service .. no wifi. .. no help ..so amazing that they make telkom after customer care look so good
