Rigida Trading

On the 26th of March we requested a relocation from Heeotel. Upon numerous calls and emails no one has contacted us. It has been 2 months and we are running 2 business without internet. We can't operate on our systems. This is absolutely unacceptable. This company doesn't return phone calls or has no interest of assistantship with our Business, yet they take our fee every month irrespective if we don't even have access to the internet. Very disappointed in Herotel. Will not recommend this company to anyone.
