Relocation Ticket unresolved (*** - ***

The worst service on earth - worst than home affairs I logged a ticket for a relocation of my Internet services to a new address. The new address is 2 houses across the previous house. I've been waiting for the relocation over 2 weeks now . When I call for follow up my call get transferred to sales department and the the agent who are supposed to assist me hang up the call . That has been happening for 7 days- Calling for no solution.
