Product not delivering as expected. SLOW SPEED

I have upgraded my line from 100mb to 200mb. I paid the difference of R250. Original requet for upgrade was on 28Jun 2024 When resting speed it runs between 50 and 80 mb per sek. Way below what I would expect on a 200mb line. I have phoned and a tech did some background checs. She also escalated to their team leader. That was last week.
