Poor service

Herotel is an internet service provider that consistently fails to meet expectations. Their service is unreliable, with frequent connection and speed issues. When problems arise, their customer service is unable to provide effective solutions. It appears that their staff lacks the necessary expertise to resolve technical issues efficiently. As a result, I am compelled to give them a one-star rating and would not recommend their services to anyone.
