Poor service

I have opened an account with them on last week Wednesday they said that installation might take up to two weeks but no one is communicating with me in any way they have this useless WhatsApp line where they keep saying they will put you through to the relevant person but I am guessing that there is no relevant person because at some point they just stop answering you. Really wish I could give this a 0 star rating
