Poor Internet service

I called these people for 5 days telling them that my internet is down and I'm unable to work, they said they will send a technician to come fix the problem on site. I'm now of the 5th day going to 6the the problem is still not fixed, I have not been able to work which means I have lost 5 days of my salary and at risk of my contract being terminated and I'm still waiting. I have called these people every day for hours to fix this , but nothing has been done, they keep saying a technician is coming. Where can I report this company is sue for the 5days salary that I lost. This is absured and to think that I have paid them in full, I'm beyond disgusted with their service
