Poor customer service

We have been sitting without wifi since Fridy evening. Recieved an sms to say they are aware of the outage but will only be able to send technicians on Sat. Sat morning recieved another sms that technicians are on site, that was the last update recieved. As paying clients I feel like updates regarding the matter are needed, seeing as we are paying for a service that we have not had for almost 2 days.
