Planned maintenance!
I've been a Herotel Truecom customer for more than two years, had some issues and frustrations in the past, but nothing major. For the last three days my internet is intermittent due to "planned maintenance", seems to me like Herotel Truecom does planned maintenance like ESKOM used to do planned maintenance! This is absolutely unacceptable!
