Pathetic service

I want to express how disappointed I am with Herotel Fibre for the past few days from last week Thursday, the WIFI was on and off and we couldn't connect but we pay for this service. I mean I work from home at least twice a week and I had to go to the office the entire week last week such an inconvenience financially on my side and the fact that when travelling to the office i come home late of which i also need to pay after care for my son's day care. I eventually spoke to one of their consultants by the name of Alicia, and all she could do was to apologize and i told her I will be writing a review on the bad service they offer, firstly they don't even send notifications to says the service will be interrupted for the day and when you finally speak to an agent they just have the I don't care attitude and tell you our technicians are on to it, Today again I'm working from home and my connection seems interrupted again and i have been holding since to speak to an agent this is really pathetic service and I will definitely not recommend this fiber to any of my friends or family, i am currently shopping for suitable fiber connection for my area. very disappointed
