Been waiting for installation since 22 May. Difficulty getting answers. Finally got to talk to a Charlene on the whatsapp line after I was put through or transferred to someone else. She says they have an opening for May 30 between 11 and 2. I make an appointment and arrange with work to be able to get those few hours off. It is now half past 3 and not a word or soul from them. try again on the whatsapp line, get 3 times hello you are thru to so and so. Different people each time. Then they want to know what they can help with. As soon as you address your problem or inquiry, they just disappear. Calling doesn't help either, because it only takes so long until you are suddenly cut off or the person whom is in charge is not available. Pathetic service in every way. Will never in my life recommend Herotel to anyone.I'm waiting for a response or is it just going to be dead silence like with all the other ways to contact you?
