Pathetic

They schedule an appointment with for Friday 27 December between 11h00 and 14h00. They never show. I phoned them and the lady said the technician will phone me. Never happened. Monday 30 December I phone them the lady that answered said she cannot help me the scheduler will phone me back. Never happened. Today Thursday 2 January 2025 i phone them again hold on for 30 minutes the guy cannot help me but he will let the scheduler phone me back! This is the most pathetic service I ever experienced.
