Pathetic

Herotel has left me without internet for 24 hours and I depend on it as a source of inccome. The alway blame it on outages from there up stream providers and never call back in in regards to emails send to the support team.Your service is pathetic and now even your after hours has been cut back. There is absolutely no after care service. Service was great when you want to take your product and even when you wanted to upgrade but now there is none. There are more problems each passing day
