Paid my wifi 2times???

1star is way too much!!! I've had my wifi for barely 2weeks... all my emails about my signal problems are ignored and then just before month end you send me a sms that 'i must note in advance you're taking the debit order for July and August already'. I told you immediately to cancel my debit order there's no way I can afford to pay 2 months in advance and paid July straight into your account. And what did your account department do?? They still took that double payment from my bank after i paid for july?? Now my account is in arrears at the bank!!! What now Herotel?? What is my son supposed to eat for the rest of the month??
