No wi fi coverage

Ipay for a 6mb uncapped line.Every weekend im strugling to do stuff on the internet.If you phone them they only reply they will look into it.This is going on for months now.When i di a test it shows i reciev between 1mb and 2mb.I told them im going to report them on sosial media but it looks like they dont care.Ask to speak to a manager they tell you he will call you back,but it only their customer services that call you back on monday when you at work and ask you to do a test.REALY when i am at work.
