No services or update

Why don't your business provide services to your so called clients. I app**** for one of your fibre packages on the 29th day of October 2021 and I still have received any services from you. It seems your business doesn't want to grow and the services you provide to me at this stage seems as if your billing might also have problems as you provide zero services to most of your client's on your system. That's my take on the services you provide.
