No service!! The worst experience you can put yourself through!!

No service from the Herotel team when your internet is down or when you have a query!! No one also ever gets back to you!! It’s always been like this!!! This company is run by a bunch of arrogant layman who think they know better!! **********!! 🙈🙈 It’s a pity I don’t have a choice!! They must either shape up or I will ship out!!
