No service. Only excuses. Herotel?

Herotel Stellenbosh. My 4th day without internet ! I phoned several times spoke to 3 agents. No result, Your promises to send technical support is nonsense ! I spoke to your technical support, named Professor who is working for you ...He cant help as you dont send him a ticket to help after you sent me a ticket just to hear, that the ticked expired. I spoke to Chelsea and other agents whom all promise to phone me back and they will sort the problem out. No response ! I pay you R 700 p.m. to what i knew as Sonic. Never had problems with Sonic. Last year 2021 i received an email saying Herotel is now in control. Well, i Never missed a months debit order in 3 years. BUT, since Herotel is in " control"...The problems started. My internet is still off. And Still No Calls from you. Will definately not support you going forward. I guess your other clients are just as GATvol ...I read the comments in Hello Peter. Complaints complaints !
