No internet for four days

The customer service is appalling,four days without connection with no communication whatsoever.I call every day and the consultant are saying that they escalating every time.Clearly they don’t know what they doing cause I don’t even get feedback,Iam the one that calls every time and I log ticket and the close them as solved without any action . I would like Herotel to come fetch their nonsense router so that we can move to another service provider
