NEVER USE HEROTEL PATHETIC AND UNRELIABLE

This is the worst service provider ever!!!!!! I would not recommend Herotel to anybody. Internet is slow for months now and when a call gets logged they say that there is no issue on their side but on our side we are having MAJOR issues with the slow or no internet. The worst is that the technician put the phone down in my ear after I ranted and raved to him!! Pathetic and UNRELIABLE!!!!!
