**** NETWORK PROVIDER: DO NOT BUY!

If it was possible to give a zero rating, I would do so. Herotel is simply not committed to providing the service we paid them for. I now lost my remote job because of their incompetence and lack of urgency when it comes to resolving their matters. To anyone reading this, stay away from this network provider if you still want to be employed and keep your mental health stable.

I never thought I would be here writing a review but this company forced me to do this. Whoever is responsible for fixing issues is Giyani should be fired. I'll be cancelling my membership and I'll advise 10 more people to do so. What a bunch of ********s they are. You wait for us to top up our vouchers and then take the connection away.
