LACK Of TRANSPARENCY TO CUSTOMERS

There's SOMETHING OFF I was told by the receptionist even a poor old lady couldn't even tell me the reason WHY... I went to enquire about getting prepaid for where I'm staying (complex) in TOWN right....

And the receptionist said to me prepaid is NOT applicable for where you are staying, only in the local settlements/location/Kasi...AND THAT'S 5km AWAY FROM WHERE AM STAYING...And I was like🤔🤔🤔But WHY? "That's how it is",she rep****.
