Lack of customer service and information

I have a complaint about this company. I live in a suburb of Kanyamazane, Mbombela at the hostel at Spot 5 Chris Hani Street. All the blocks around us have been given fibre but our whole block has been excluded. We are about 140 apartments which are all occupied by individuals and families who have children in school and use smart phones etc. Me and my neighbor tried to find out about fibre for our homes and have been ignored by their agents. The agents promise to assist us but then never come back to us with information and when we try to call them they ignore our calls. We went to their Head office in Riverside, Mbombela and reported the issue and were promised they would look into it but nothing has come from it. I would like to know why we are discriminated by them and also why they did not conduct a survey to ascertain who would want fibre it is a blatant disregard of our rights that we are looked upon as poor or needy people just because we reside in cheaper housing than other people.
