HORRIBLE DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

These people are ****mers. Paid my wifi yesterday and they did not turn it on. Today i tried to get answers why it is not on. i phoned the call centre and tell them the situation and the phone gets put off in my face. I went to their office in my town Vredendal. They gave me an email i had to send my proof of payment to i sent it to them few minutes later i get an email that they want my contact details to phone me . they phone me and tell me i have to pay my internet billing AGAIN. after i paid it yesterday and provided proof of payment. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
