Horotel is just *** *** star

Its been 18 days trying to get herotel to install for us. Their communication is really bad and they can't commit to anything you have to be the one running after them, first we have had the technicians come and they said that the fibre wasn't live and the server board was locked and they left we once agian had to do a follow up they came again and now they saying the can't help because the fibre is not live and maintenance ticket needs to be logged. The company has bad customer service and no sense of urgency!! We remain without internet as we canceled another SP month end so that we can have them come onboard. they have been nothing but a disappointment we fear for the worst in future
