Herote/sonic/ fusion wireless a disgrace to service industry

The most useless business in the country, Sonic Telecoms is arguably the worst internet service provider. So my advice is do not use them for business or for that matter for personal use. Van Zyl as the CEO may be able to grow his business fast but leaves an I *********** staff and management in his wake and the worst customer service backup I have ever seen.
