Herotel/Sonic bad service

Every week i have problems that the link f goes down, today problems with gmail, and whatsapp calls, this evening trying to do a jitsi video conference call, the link went down.

I could show ping tests to the dns is timing out and there is no traffic on the link, and they tell me my link is maxed out. Every week i have a problem with the link, i log a call, by the time they look into it 2 days later it has corrected itself. I will not recommend them to anyone.
