Herotell is ***** and *******

Hi guys I have never done this and also have never believed in this but I just feel out of my entire life I have never been done wrong like this. About 3 years ago I got a contract with herotel and I was told that if I pay R2900.00 and take a 2 year contract I get the dish an the router free and its mine if I do decide on moving on to a other service provider. So during the lock down we where going tru a rough patch and skipped 2 months of payment but herotell switched off the wifi as soon as the first payment skipped so i thought no payment no wifi... i would look into putting it back on once i found my feet. In the meanwhile they just accumulated the payments that was not made by me. So on the first of Feb I went to them and told them okay let's put my wifi back on il pay my R760.00 for feb and then we can just continue as normal and then they told me NO I must first pay the outstanding amount of R1510.00 for the 2 months then only I can pay my R760.00 for Feb even if I didn't use any of there data in that 2 months because they switched it off the moment the payment bounced so I told them hell no il rather go to another service provider so they said okay then they will just come and take the dish and router even tho I did pay the full contract tru even past the end so I said it's unfair but what can I do come take your stuff il go to a another service provider and then about a week ago they let me know that they are going to black list me if I dont pay them the money for data i could not have used because they switched it off. I have been ****** a few times in my life but this is the worst thing that I could of imagine someone could do to another person. Please guys read your contract do not let them make you think they are worth even 1 cent of your money
