Our business has been without internet for 8 days. The CallCenter connection very poor. Cannot hear the staff clearly. While you are still busy speaking, calls are dropped. When you ask to escalate the problem promises are made that someone will call back. Nobody calls back! Hold on for long times without response from. E-mails are send from them - how must I get them if there is no internet? reminds me of Telkom and there extremely poor service a few years ago.
