Herotel wifi poor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am now a few years at Herotel WIFI (True Communications). From November last year, 2020, they said that we are going to pay every month for the month that came for the wifi. From last week the WIFI is so poor you cannot do anything. I have switch of my WIFI to see if it will be better, but NOOOOOO it is still poor. Why must I pay for the month if I don't get my wifi to work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you call them you don't get threw because they of a error!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
