Herotel Wi-Fi non existant

Our wi-fi signal has been deteriating for the last few weeks. I have lodged a complaint on Herotel's website which they ignored. When they were only Truecom, they had much better coverage and customer service. Since Herotel took over, you can complain but all fall on deaf ears. Our security cameras inside our house shows for the past 3 days offline due to our wi-fi coverage and Herotel is missing in action and shines in their absence.
