Herotel Tshwane Fibre Line Experience

After an initial hiccup with Herotel with regards to the installation of my fibre line, specifically Herotel Tshwane, it was sorted out and the installation was done.

Considering that they are installing their own infrastructure, and not only reselling, I feel it is quite an achievement to get the infrastructure going, together with the FTTH installations.

Yes, I have not had a flawless experience with installation of my fibre lines, had to make a few calls, but it all worked out well in the end.

What pushed me over to the positive side of things is where I ran into a problem with my installed router, and the same day the router was replaced, without question, without hesitance, even though the router was only around a month old.

This is where extra phone calls, hiccups and the like is forgiven and where I can see a company that is trying.
